Diego joined the Technology, Personal Data Protection, and Cybersecurity team in 2025. Before joining Alessandri, he worked at GA-Abogados in the technology regulation area, advising clients on personal data protection, e-commerce, and technology contracting.
He has worked with national and international companies, public policy areas, trade associations, and foundations in the preparation of reports, legislative guides, and legislative monitoring of projects with a technological impact in areas such as artificial intelligence, neuro-rights, blockchain, and children’s rights in digital environments. Diego also holds a black belt in ITF Taekwondo, a discipline that reflects his perseverance and commitment.
