Fernando joined Alessandri as a partner in 2000. He works in a broad business area, specializing in planning and conducting commercial and financial transactions. Likewise, he structures international transactions for his national and foreign clients.
He advises on corporate mergers and acquisitions and has extensive experience in banking law and corporate finance. He actively participated in the privatization processes of the sanitation companies.
Fernando also has vast experience in public bids, as well as bond issuance, syndicated loans, private issues, and loan contracts in general.
