Sebastián Garrido joined the Corporate Area of ​​Alessandri in 2016 and works in matters related to labor law.

Sebastián began his professional career as an adviser to several unions, giving him a broad vision of labor law, and then transferring his experience to a recognized retail company, where he became head of Labor Relations, having to advise the company in the various collective agreements negotiations that were developed, in the relationship of subcontracting that was maintained with other companies and in the correct implementation of labor regulations.
