Luis is a member of the litigation and arbitration area of Alessandri. He has more than five years of professional experience in the firm. His practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation and administrative sanctioning proceedings. In particular, he has litigated in civil liability trials, environmental rights, industrial property, consumer law, unfair competition; and has been focused on providing legal advice to companies on issues related to criminal law and regulatory compliance.

• Wacker Neuson in bankruptcy liquidation proceedings against its distributors in the amount of USD 6 MM.

In 2020, Luis participated as speaker in the Webinar “From Financial Restructuring to Bankruptcy Law” of the Chilean-British Chamber of Commerce.
