His practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation before ordinary and arbitration courts. He has broad experience in arbitration proceedings conducted under the rules of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce (CAM) and ICC. Patricio actively participates in civil proceedings involving contractual and tort liability, unfair competition, intellectual and industrial property, consumer protection, bankruptcy liquidation, among others.
Relevant experience:
Defense of a multinational automotive company. In its defense in a national arbitration proceeding on an automotive distribution contract for US$ 41 million, as well as in matters of tort liability.
Defense of a leading real estate company in the national market. Defense and representation in several civil and arbitration proceedings.
Representing a worldwide leading company in the development of software, dedicated to the optimization of business processes for the banking sector. In an arbitration under the CAM rules in connection with a breach of contract for US$ 15 million.
Successfully representing a major national agricultural company in an arbitration under the CAM rules in connection with an alleged breach of contract for US$ 6 million.
Defense of a leading multinational company in the manufacture of elevators and escalators. In arbitration proceedings under CAM rules and construction litigation in connection with the construction of hotels, shopping malls and buildings, as well as defense in consumer rights and antitrust advice.
