Joaquín Solar is a lawyer specializing in real estate and construction law, with a comprehensive approach that combines regulatory, transactional, corporate, financing, and compliance aspects.

He has extensive experience in the structuring, development, and execution of real estate projects, including obtaining permits, construction processes, strategic partnerships, and the acquisition and sale of real estate projects and assets.

His practice covers residential, commercial, industrial, logistics, and mixed-use projects, as well as housing developments and rental assets, advising developers and institutional investors, as well as financial institutions and insurance companies on the financing of real estate projects.

He has actively participated in defining investment and financing structures, including structured loans and bank financing, as well as providing ongoing corporate advice to real estate and construction companies.

He also has relevant experience in compliance and corporate governance matters, having served as Chief Compliance Officer of a large-scale real estate group, leading the implementation and updating of the Crime Prevention Model, in accordance with the new legislation on economic crimes, criminal liability of legal entities, and regulations of the Financial Analysis Unit (UAF).

Before joining Alessandri, she served as Attorney at Grupo Inmobiliario Imagina (2019-2026), one of the leading real estate groups in the country and the region, which has allowed her to develop a practice strongly oriented towards business, risk management, and strategic decision-making in highly complex projects.
