José Joaquín focuses in tax and corporate advice to domestic and foreign clients, in all needs related to the set-up and development of their businesses both in Chile and abroad, including reorganization of companies, family estates and consulting on tax matters, nationally and internationally, focusing on real estate projects, land tax and tax efficiency and optimization.
He also advises clients in the retail, financial, project management and development and technology areas, in commercial and corporate matters. Thus participating in the development of various projects, as well as in the acquisition and merger of companies, conducting due diligence in different areas of law.
