Gabriel has been an associate attorney of Alessandri’s corporate area since 2015 and rejoined the firm in 2020 after finishing his studies abroad. He advises domestic and foreign clients on contractual, corporate, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, securities market, investment funds, foreign investment and general corporate matters. He has broad experience in public procurement processes, as well as in advising on corporate and financing matters to B Corporations, foundations, non-for-profit corporations, trade associations, NGOs and Probono clients.
Gabriel focuses in green and sustainable finance, responsible and impact investments, credit and issuance of sustainable financial instruments and ASG/ESG aspects of the financial market.
