With international professional expertise and postgraduate degrees in Australia, Spain, England and the United States, our attorneys are prepared to represent local and foreign clients before ordinary and special courts, as well as in domestic (Ad Hoc and CAM Santiago) and international (ICC and UNCITRAL) arbitration proceedings.

We resolve disputes in the area of contractual liability and torts, in the areas of technology, environment, health, capital markets, insurance, construction, project development, automotive market, antitrust, among others.

The litigation practice area is led by partner Raúl Montero, professor and former director of the Procedural Law Department of the Law School of Universidad de Chile.
