Alessandri’s competition team is recognized for its international focus. Our attorneys bring together decades of experience in all areas of Competition Law, including cartels and abuse of dominance, in proceedings under the former voluntary regime and the current mandatory merger control regime. We represent clients before the National Economic Prosecutor’s Office and in contentious and non-contentious proceedings before the Court for the Defense of Free Competition.
In addition, members of our team have worked in the Chilean Competition Authority (the FNE), which allows us to provide our clients with a unique vision and a combination of legal, economic and regulatory knowledge.

Even more so in view of the modifications to the Chilean Competition Law, which is the most relevant for companies that do business in our country since it introduces the merger control system and the obligation of prior notification of operations.
