We advise our clients on the adequate protection of their assets on the web, supporting them since their inception. We have qualified professionals and a technical support that allows us to monitor domain applications from third parties that could consist of infringements to their intellectual property rights.

We represent our clients in the filing and processing of domain name registrations, transfers, developing strategies and representing them in early and late revocation lawsuits before NIC Chile or before the WIPO for .com, .net, .org and new generation domains (.shop, .legal, among others). We also advice our clients in the negotiation and/or drafting of coexistence agreements with other domain holders.
