/ Description
Vicente is an associate of the corporate team since 2021. His professional practice focuses on corporate, contractual, banking and real estate matters. In particular, he has participated in large-scale M&A processes, as well as syndicated loans and other financing operations, has provided services to insurance and reinsurance brokerage companies, and has prepared legal opinions on various matters.
Since the entry into force of the Fintech Law, he has advised and trained important national and international market players in its implementation.
In 2019, Vicente took a semester at the Université Catholique de Louvain, Belgium, where he learned about International Investment Law.
He provides Pro Bono services to multiple nonprofit foundations and corporations, especially in health and cultural matters.
For more than seven years he has worked as an assistant in various professorships at the University of Chile, and to this day in Commercial Law and Private International Law courses.
