Vicente has been an associate in the corporate team since 2021. His professional practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, banking, financial, regulatory and corporate matters.

He works with clients engaged in risk classification, means of payment, credit advisory and virtual financial assets, especially in fintech matters, and R&D&I technology hubs.

He advises telecommunications companies on obtaining concessions from SUBTEL, insurance and reinsurance brokers on regulatory procedures with the CMF, and food retailers on setting up and opening shops in the country.

He has been an assistant lecturer in various departments at the University of Chile, where he has also taken specializations in finance and the stock market.
