Sebastián is an associate in Alessandri’s Technology, Cybersecurity, and Data Protection practice. His practice focuses on personal data protection, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, technology regulation, corporate law, and free competition, areas in which he has acquired solid experience advising national and international companies.
He has developed his professional career in Chile and Germany. He has participated in and led the design and implementation of regulatory compliance programs, commercial policies, and regulatory strategies, both under Chilean law and European Union law.
