Alan is part of the law firm’s intellectual property practice area. He focuses particularly on trademarks, patents, domain names and other related matters. He started his practice at the Transfer and Licensing Office of Universidad de Santiago de Chile, where he worked on various issues, such as the protection of research results and the conclusion of technology transfer agreements.
