A Universidad de Chile graduate lawyer, Cristóbal received a Master in International Taxation degree from the University of Florida (USA) and a Master in Business Law degree from the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. He has specialized in providing expert counsel on national and international taxation, corporate law and tax litigation. He has ample experience in tax advisory services to local and foreign clients concerning infrastructure projects, bids, financial investments, mergers and acquisitions and is an active litigator in tax matters.

Before joining Alessandri & Compañía, Cristóbal was a member of the Barros & Errázuriz Tax Area (2006 a 2012). From 2003 to 2006 he worked as a legal advisor with the Regulatory Subdirectorate of the [Chilean] Internal Revenue Service.
