/ Alessandri Collaborates with ChileMujeres on “Legal Focus: Monthly Report”
December 15, 2025With the aim of promoting fairer, more inclusive, and respectful work environments, Alessandri Abogados has joined as a strategic ally in the “Legal Focus: Monthly Report” initiative developed by the ChileMujeres Foundation, Buk, and La Araucana.
Foco Legal: Monthly Report seeks to provide relevant legal information that contributes to public debate and the creation of workplaces where all people can exercise their rights on equal terms. Each report addresses highly sensitive social and labor issues, offering regulatory analysis, case law, and data that provide insight into the current situation.
Francisco Espinoza, director of Alessandri’s Labor Department, notes: “Collaborating with ChileMujeres has been both a challenge and an honor. The issues addressed in Foco Legal are essential for promoting equal opportunities, guaranteeing the full exercise of labor and social security rights, and ensuring fair working conditions. These initiatives contribute significantly to the public policy debate, and our commitment has been to generate a real impact that strengthens these objectives.”
In its ninth edition, the report analyzes the labor rights of mothers, fathers, and caregivers who are responsible for children under 18 with disabilities, minors with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), or adults with mental disabilities or severe dependency. The document presents a historical review, the current legal framework, relevant case law, and data that reflect the current reality, with the aim of providing tools to understand and protect these rights.
