We assist our clients in obtaining geographical indications or appellations of origin, both domestic and foreign, through the preparation, filing and follow-up of DO/IG applications before local authorities. We also represent our clients in opposition and nullity proceedings before trademark authorities, as well as in enforcement actions before the ordinary courts of justice.
