Nicolás Alvarado has been counsel at Alessandri Abogados since 2024 and works on matters related to tax and corporate law.

He is recognised for his dynamic and sophisticated approach to meeting his clients’ goals. He has advised a wide range of businesses and industries, both domestic and foreign, in areas such as local and international taxation, corporate reorganisations and investment projects.

His practice specializes in corporate tax consulting, international taxation and application of double tax treaties, local and international financing structures and reorganizations, consulting for family businesses and high net worth individuals, advising non-profit entities, tax dispute resolution and taxpayer defense in audits and litigation before the tax authority and the Tax and Customs Courts.
