Francesca is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property team since 2020, focusing her practice on the protection and defense of trademarks, patents, trade secrets and domain names, through prosecution, litigation, licensing, and transfer of such assets. She also advises clients on regulatory matters, advertising, unfair competition, and consumer law.
Her experience in the design and implementation of portfolio strategies for clients from the most diverse industries results in tailor-made proposals, characterized by her strategic vision and attention to detail.
