Andrea has over a decade of experience in industrial property. Since 2010, she has worked both independently and in law firms and legal practices.

She has been part of teams in national pharmaceutical companies, where she prepared opposition briefs and drafted Free-to-Operate (FTO) reports aimed at the commercialization of generic pharmaceutical products. She has also worked in law firms specializing in industrial property, where she drafted technical and strategic reports for domestic and foreign clients. These reports were based on expert reports issued by INAPI and various patent offices abroad.
