Cristina Valenzuela is an associate in the Compliance, Technology, Personal Data Protection, and Cybersecurity practice at Alessandri.

She advises clients on the implementation of crime prevention models, regulatory compliance programs, and legal risk management strategies. She also assists with compliance with personal data protection regulatory frameworks, including drafting privacy and cookie policies, reviewing contracts with data processors, conducting risk assessments, managing security incidents, and preparing for new regulatory requirements in the area of data and technology.

Before joining Alessandri, she worked at Jara del Favero in the compliance and regulated markets area. In that role, she advised clients from various industries on matters related to regulatory compliance, including the implementation and certification of crime prevention models, the development of compliance programs, and the management of reporting channels and internal investigations.
