Felipe Cousiño, partner in Alessandri & Compañía, has been ranked as the only chilean lawyer at Who´s Who of Private Funds Lawyers 2011. “Their research has revealed 328 experts in 38 juridictions who can truly be considered leaders in the field”, as the publication said.

Felipe Cousiño is Master of Laws (with Merit) at The London School of Economics and Political Science, University of London, 1996, and was awarded a Chevening Scholarship. Mr. Cousiño is the head of our Investment Fund and Pension Fund practice and his leadership was instrumental in creating the regulatory framework for the first registration of non-Chilean mutual funds for sale to the public in Chile. His constant contribution and participation in this area of work was instrumental to his appointment as Co-Chair of the Investment Funds Committee of the International Bar Association (for the period 2011- 2012).
