During the luncheon, they discussed topics related to the evolution of arbitration in various Latin American markets, the challenges they face, and the trends shaping the development of this practice at the regional level.
With over 12 years of experience in dispute resolution, Jorge has participated in more than 40 international arbitrations in Latin America, Europe, and the United States. His practice focuses on international commercial arbitration in sectors such as energy, construction, mining, telecommunications, and infrastructure. In addition, he serves as a professor of arbitration and as an arbitrator at various institutions in the region.
The conversation offered a practical and up-to-date perspective on the main challenges facing arbitration in South America today.
