The international arbitration expert from Squire Patton Boggs participated in a luncheon with Alessandri’s Litigation team to exchange experiences on arbitration practice in the region.

During the luncheon, they discussed topics related to the evolution of arbitration in various Latin American markets, the challenges they face, and the trends shaping the development of this practice at the regional level.

With over 12 years of experience in dispute resolution, Jorge has participated in more than 40 international arbitrations in Latin America, Europe, and the United States. His practice focuses on international commercial arbitration in sectors such as energy, construction, mining, telecommunications, and infrastructure. In addition, he serves as a professor of arbitration and as an arbitrator at various institutions in the region.
