In accordance with Law No. 20.393 and its amendments introduced by Law No. 21.595 on Economic Crimes, the Whistleblower Reporting Channel is enabled to receive reports regarding facts that may constitute:
- Economic Crimes: Offenses committed in the course of the firm’s business or for its benefit, including tax, environmental, computer, and securities market crimes.
- Ethical Violations: Conduct that violates the Code of Professional Ethics, undeclared conflicts of interest, or breaches of professional confidentiality.
