/ Monserrat Vicuña Echaiz

Monserrat is an associate in the intellectual property practice area. Her work focuses on advising on the management and protection of trademarks, patents, and domain names for domestic and international clients.

During her university studies, she was a teaching assistant in Constitutional Law between 2019 and 2021 and participated in an academic exchange program at the University of Girona, Spain.

Previously, she worked as a junior associate at Carey in the intellectual property, data protection, and technology practice.

She holds a diploma in Intellectual Property from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
