/ Raúl Montero was recognized for 25 Years of teaching at Universidad de Chile

Raúl Montero, partner in charge of Alessandri’s Litigation and Arbitration practice area, was honored by the Universidad de Chile Law School for his outstanding 25-year teaching career at the institution.

 

In an emotional academic ceremony, the Law School of Universidad de Chile recognized Raúl Montero, partner and leader of the Litigation and Arbitration practice area of Alessandri, for his career as a professor at the prestigious law school. This recognition commemorates his 25 years of uninterrupted service as a professor, which marks a milestone in his commitment to the training of future lawyers.

Raúl Montero’s bond with Universidad de Chile began in 1998, when he entered through a public competition as a professor. Since then, he has shared his knowledge and experience in litigation and arbitration with several generations of students.

In addition to his teaching activities, Raúl Montero has assumed leadership roles in the Procedural Law Department of the School of Law for the past seven years. His commitment to academic excellence and his interest in procedural law have been recognized and praised by both his colleagues and students.

The award was presented at a ceremony attended by the Chancellor of Universidad de Chile and the Dean of the Law School. Alessandri is proud to have professionals whose commitment to teaching in the practice of law enriches Chile’s legal and academic community.
