/ Amcham is with the south of Chile: Alessandri joins aid campaign

Our firm participates in Amcham’s initiative to collaborate with the south of Chile after the forest fires. It is carried out together with the U.S. Embassy, Desafío Levantemos Chile, among other organizations.

The Chilean American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham Chile) in collaboration with the U.S. Embassy in the country, Farmacias Ahumada, FedEx and Desafío Levantemos Chile, carried out a campaign with the mission to help the people affected by the forest fires in Ñuble, Biobío and La Araucanía.

Amcham received from several of its member companies and firms, basic necessities, hygiene kits and debris removal kits. In addition, monetary donations were given to the foundation Desafío Levantemos Chile.

Our associate Jaime Urzúa was in charge of representing Alessandri in the campaign. Our firm will collaborate with free legal advice, pro bono, to people affected by the fires, through the foundation Desafío Levantemos Chile.
