/ SMA Group refinances the Javiera Solar Project

The SMA Group is the world’s leading photovoltaic inverter company, a key component of photovoltaic plants. Through the issuance of a green bond, this company will refinance the Solar Javiera Project. The initiative, located in the Atacama region, seeks to contribute to the electricity generation of Chile, using a clean and renewable source. The solar park would be made up of 243,000 solar panels.

Alessandri, SMA’s legal advisor, oversaw the revision of various financing documents derived from the refinancing of the Solar Javiera Project, including the security documents over the O&M Agreement (as a Material Contract to the Project) and issuance of the Legal Opinion in our client’s behalf.
