Alfredo Valdés is a specialized lawyer and Labor Law and Social Security professor at Universidad de Chile Law School.
In his 40-year long professional practice, Alfredo Valdés has provided companies with advice on labor and social security matters including, among others, individual employment contracts and collective bargaining, labor accidents, union organization and labor outsourcing. In addition, he is a renowned labor law and social security litigator.
Alfredo has been President of the Chilean Labor and Social Security Law Society. Also, he has been a member of the Executive Committee of the International Society for Labor Law and Social Security.
