/ Francisco Silva von Moltke

Francisco Silva von Moltke joined Alessandri’s Intellectual Property Area in 2017. He is in charge of the management and processing of trials regarding trademarks, domains and patents before INAPI, Industrial Property Court and Nic Chile. Francisco also coordinates these procedures at an international level, through correspondents for the registration of foreign trademarks and patents. For this, it maintains constant communication with national and foreign clients, in Spanish, English and in cases in German.

In his career at Alessandri, he has been a consultant in the international area during 2020 and annotations during 2022. He is currently a consultant in the national patent area since 2023. He also has extensive knowledge and experience in copyright and lawsuits for infringement of industrial property.
