/ Description
María Soledad joined Alessandri in 2017 and focuses her practice in advising on mining, water, environmental and general corporate practice to domestic and foreign clients. She has experience in the public and private sector.
In the public sector she worked as an attorney at the Legal Department of the General Directorate of Water, an agency under the Ministry of Public Works, participating in the amendments to the Water Code of 2005 and in different legislative projects of environmental nature, mining liabilities, as well as in the implementation of the amendments to the water legislation.
