Who is the new Patents Director
Universidad de Chile attorney with Intellectual Property courses at Universidad Gabriela Mistral in Chile and Université de Strasbourg (Robert Schumann/OMPI) in France, Jaime has oriented his professional skill to international patent prosecution, building up suitable strategies and promoting licensing, franchising and technological transfer abroad.
He is also member of INTA, ACHIPI, ASIPI, AIPLA (American IP Law Association), FICPI (Fédération Internationale des Conseils en Propriété Intellectuelle), PTMG (Pharmaceutical Trade Marks Group), IPO (Intellectual Property Owners Association). Over the years Jaime Silva`s expertise has been recognized by Chambers and Partners at the Intellectual Property and Life Sciences fields. Managing Intellectual Property, publication which gathers best qualified intellectual property professionals all over the world, has recently considered Mr. Silva as an IP Star in 2014.
