Once the law is enacted, the treaty shall facilitate the trademark registration process in more than one hundred countries by filing a single application with the national or regional trademark office, in one language, and paying only one set of fees.

This initiative seeks to promote the modernization and competitiveness of our productive matrix and thus encourage the development of innovation and entrepreneurship, through a trademark protection system with a global scope, cost-effective and simple.

We will be permanently informing and advising our clients, both in Chile and abroad, regarding the implementation and implications of the international trademark system in Chile.
