/ Alessandri incorporates Loreto Bresky as partner
January 16, 2014The talent to lead teams and her skill in understanding client needs in times bringing great challenges to the legal industry, added to her extensive knowledge and experience, were decisive for the Alessandri Abogados board to invite Loreto Bresky to be the law firm’s first female partner.
Loreto Bresky is an attorney graduated from the Universidad de Chile and holds a Capital Markets diploma from the same institution. She joined Alessandri in 2008 and works in Industrial and Intellectual Property, in trademarks, advertising law, unfair competition and licensing contracts. She has demonstrated a successful record defending the interests of important clients before antitrust agencies. In recent years she has been distinguished by the prestigious publication Chambers & Partners and was one of the most voted attorneys among her peers in Leading Lawyers 2013, the first Chilean attorney ranking.
Loreto is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA), the Chilean Industrial Property Association (ACHIPI), the Inter‑American Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI) and a board member of LES Chile (the Chilean chapter of Licensing Executive Society international), the International Association for the Protection of Industrial Property (AIPPI) and Chilean Bar Association member.
Alessandri: innovation with prestige
During 2013 Alessandri presented a new corporate image, which strengthens three differentiating attributes: innovation, prestige and humanity. “The quality of our services has evolved with time and improved in view of the new legal industry reality: clients value approachability and personalized attention, but also wish to be assisted by a prestigious attorney”, explains Arturo Alessandri, managing partner.
